Feeding Dry:
Mix BLUE SEAL Beet Pulp Pellets with current ration. Provide plenty of fresh, clean water. Do not allow animals, especially horses, to “bolt” or consume feed rapidly. Feeding wet is recommended for horses.
Feeding Wet:
Soak BLUE SEAL Beet Pulp Pellets with water at a ratio of 4 parts water to 1 part Beet Pulp Pellets. Allow Beet Pulp Pellets to soak for at least 8 hours or until fully expanded. Mix in current feed or feed as is.
Caution: Control environmental temperature while soaking. In hot weather, wet feed may spoil; in cold weather, wet feed may freeze.
Suggested Feeding Amounts:
Horses – Up to 25% of total diet. Typical feeding is 1 – 4 pounds per day.
Beef Cattle – 15% to 20% of total diet.
Dairy Cows – 5% to 15% of total diet
